A kriya is an internal energetic process in which breath is used. Breath can be employed as a tool to accomplish many things with the mind and body. Bhastrika Kriya purifies the blood, increases lung capacity, accelerates metabolism, clears the respiratory tract, and also relaxes the entire system. The resulting effect enables a person to breathe more easily and efficiently.

Robert Gheorghiu & Lavinia Gavriloaia are Isha Hatha Yoga instructors, having been certified by the Isha Hatha Yoga School after completing 21 weeks / 1750 hours of training at the Isha Yoga Center in South India.
